    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything with my best ability the router is not showing any light, the socket can charge my phone but no lights on router when it's On ,even the same TYpe C cable that keeps router On can light other equipment but not the router so definitely an issue and it happened suddenly which is weird and it put a big question how can a company like sky has a faulty equipment delivery to customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am escalating this issue as my SKY HUB is not showing any lights, and it went into Off mode suddenly 15minutes back. What the hell is this I am working person and mostly works from home I cant survive my job without internet. Can somebody call me and fix it what ever you do just fix it or else pay me my hourly rate starting now as I am loosing the money and work both.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;here is my account number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My socket is fine I have tested charing my phone so its not an issue with the socket but no lights are coming which is always white in SKY HUB I want to have this fixed now ASAP&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
