WIFI max pod not connecting

From an engineer visit I have been given 2 wifi max pods. None of them were connecting (flashing lights). I only have 1 box with the QR code in it (he took the other box with him?) I have eventually managed to manually connect 1 pod (lots of attempts). How do I connect the second pod with no box?

Does the same QR code work for both?

Please help

@tuckerjenkins Sorry i could not be off much help with that, not a Sky Max user, have seen the question before about the QR codes on boxes, does the app not allow you to put in the serial number off the device that you are trying to connect, that is probably all the QR code is trying to do?
