    <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Got our new Sky hub yesterday - also got this message on iPhone saying private relay not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;see below - on 4G it works fine; once on WiFi this popup appears.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4392427"&gt;@Radiator-Tile1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you posted on a thread in the Sky Mobile forum but your issue appears to be with your new Sky hub so is better deallt with here. Sky hubs normally support Apple's private relay indeed the iPad I am using to write this post is using it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you check the network settings for the Sky WiFi connection on your apple device to see if you have set Use Private WiFi address to on as that maybe the issue. This setting is to stop other users on the same network from tracking you so should not be an issue on a home network so can safely be turned off while leaving the Limit IP Tracking on which is relevant outside your home network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for quick reply and no problem about moving thread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that seems to have sorted it though it does say 'privacy warning' on the iOS interface. Thanks again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
