I was with Now Broadband previously & ran 2 printers from my laptop. I moved over to Sky Broadband today & now neither of my printers work & I cannot get anywhere with trying to download the Canon drivers, which again hasn't been a problem in the past. Has anyone got any adivce for me please? I'm a Photography Student at the end of my first year & I need to print out my photos!

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

@PhotoStudent networking printers can be an absolute pain. In the oast fully resetting the printer using the maker's instructions has worked as the memory location the orinter uses to store the data is easily corrupted and needs clearing before it can accept thenew connection. There are no known issues on the black hubs preventing connection.
