hi, trying to get signal down in mancave, its around 15m from house

currently have 4 miniboxes all working fine. when i take nearest down to shed its hit or miss sometimes taking washing in helps!

i have a small white booster but think its from skyhd days, it pairs with rooter and shows connected but no improvement. do i need an up to date booster for skyq?

There is a specific Sky Q booster (although not exactly 'up to date' as it's from 2016)

Sky typically won't supply one to get signal to an external building though.

Ideally you want ethernet running from your house to the exterior building, then you can have a reliable connection there from the mini box.

working for last hour. i restarted router/skybox & minibox, took in washing!

the booster is outside window but dk if its benifitting or not, will switch off when finished for night see if any changes.
