Normally after fault you might see the speed increase as the rotuer drops the connection to give you a better speed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An engineer was booked today to check my Internet speed and when he was trying to solve the problem he mentioned that the line had a restriction which he sorted but if after running the test myself the speed doesn't go up&amp;nbsp; I have to contact you back to ask for a session reset on your side as my speed is much lower at 23 when it supposed to be 55 or above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please help me from your end?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I don't know how long this restriction has been on place meaning I have been charged for what I haven't received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to hearing from you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
