    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I look at my account settings I see a message that states 'come back and see us when your broadband has been activated' Hmmm&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using my broadband to access (or not access) the settings that ask me to return when its activated . I would estimate that my broadband has been active for at least 10 years so why is it asking me to return when its active?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
