We have a sky max router and 2 pods and up to the other day they have been working fine and extended devices have been working fine, but now they are showing connected on the my sky app and online, but none of our devices will connect to the pods and all devices are getting their signal from the hub instead. I have no idea why this is happening. Any help pls

Key thing is thespeed of the connection to eash drvice if thst is OK just ignore the app. However if things are running slowky rdbooting the hub and pods should help.

Hub has been rebooted as well as pods, and they are all green ticked, but up to the other day, when you moved around the house your device would connect to one of these pods to obviously strengthen the signal, but for whatever reason now nothing connects to the pods and every device is still relying on the main hub, so if you are up stairs and in the far bedroom the signal is very low/poor. This was not the case 2/3 days ago
