      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I received my Sky Broadband box today. Inside were 2 yellow-ended Ethernet cables and the power cable, but I didn’t get the DSL cable with the purple end or the microfilter, which are shown in the guide. I can’t connect the internet without these. Can you send the missing items as soon as possible? Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you are talking to other customers here we can not send these to you so you will either have to call Sky about this or you will have to source&amp;nbsp;some yourself which you should be able to do from high street and online sites.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
