Hi - Up and running today with new broadband set up. Opted for the more expensive WiFi Max so disappointed not to have received any Sky Max Pods with my router. I live in a 3 story town house and have had to locate the new router on the ground floor (previously I had it on 2nd floor).

Can you please advise if you can send 1 x Sky Max Pod?

@JockPie You have to wait the alloted time, jump through hoops to get 1st one, and morre for the 2nd and third. Links below all about your Max.

Maybe just me but I cannot help but think including it in the image of the new router is ever so slightly misleading...

@JockPie As you have the main hub down on the first floor, go for it now, plenty for you to justify with the new hub location.!
