&lt;P&gt;As this is a customer helps customer community all you can do is to call Sky yourself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to a jade on Friday to set up a new account account number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;she was going to call me back yesterday as they couldn't find the new address of the property I've just bought where I need broadband &lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt;[removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;she said she needed to speak to the engineer &amp;nbsp; Can you tell me what's happening? I've received the router but I can't access the sky app it says I don't have permission&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
