&lt;P&gt;It sounds like someone has ordered a broadband subscription with another company and given either an incorrect house number or incorrect postcode. You will need to call Sky when the lines open to discuss this (although your post suggests you may have already spoken to Sky about it).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
