Pod acting as a relay

Hi - I have got a garden room where I want to have a wifi signal.

I have an ethernet cable running from the router to a pod in the hall. There is then another ethernet cable running from the other ethernet socket on the same pod down to the garden room but there is no signal. Apparently, a software fix is needed but I don't know any other details. Has anyone else had this problem or do you know of a fix?

Needless to say (and forgive the moan), it's borderline impossible to find anything useful on the website and even harder to talk to someone.

@ANS2 Apart from putting a switch at the hall location then if there is a pod software fix you would have to ask Sky Tech support about that one as to how the FW implements the pod nic structure.
