There's an outage in my area but it's vague for a fix time. Could someone let me know when it's expected to be back up. Thanks

Openreach's standard repair time is Two working days so doesn't include the weekend and that does depend on where the fault is so for example if they need to dig somewhere then they would need to get the relevant permissions first.

@Slavan frustratingly nobody including the engineers doing the repair can answer thst question beyond giving a rough estimate. It all depends on what is broken, how accessible the fault is and the availability of the crew and equipment. Fixing network faults is not an exact business unfortunately.
