&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet dropping</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet has been repeatedly dropping over the last week. Tv stops working and says there is a connection issue, phones and the children's gaming consoles are also experiencing connection issues and losing connection mid-game.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;All lights on the rooter are green and running WiFi tests through the sky app show no problems. Have also tried resetting the rooter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
