      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long does the broadband takes to upgrade?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;was in the old superfast 145 package and now upgrades to FF500, the connection to the house is via fiber and the go live date was the 8th May states that it has bee. Activated on my orders.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3025799"&gt;@1469Mike&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you have a full fibre sevice from Sky ie your hub connects to an ONT with lights rather than a phone socket an increase in speed should be instantaenous as it is a simple programming change. If testing speeds remember if testing over WiFi the result you see can be limited to the speed of the WiFi rather than the line. Tests run over ethernet should show the change.&lt;/P&gt;
