Has anyone here moved from Plus Net to sky Broadband and any regrets pls

Just switched,trying to change the wifi password on the hub is proving difficult.Try to follow the instructions given but the Sky hub tab doesn't appear when looking in 'my products' etc.Seems like a lot of people with the same problem if you google it

That a pain as if i move i was hoping to name the router and password the same as mine now then wont need to alter any wifi set up in the house

It has something to do with if you're using an IPhone/Ipad with Safari,you have to use chrome (just searched it here)

Can you rename the wifi name too?

Apart from this what the speed and services like compare to plus net also the ping test. Have you their top range wifi router? Could you post a speed test pls

You can rename the wifi(once you get to the settings)

Speed seems ok,hard to say,only switched yesterday so early days

I was paying Plusnet £32 for 150mb full fibre but got Sky 500mb for £28,seemed like a no brainier

I've just switched from Plusnet to Sky. Go live was whilst I was away on holiday so I couldn't switch routers. The Plusnet router is still working now I'm home. How can that be?

@KC1965 It's the way that it works with the switching, until you get the sky hub on the network and it establishes itself, the other hub isp stays up!
