&lt;P&gt;If you haven't already then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Internet keeps restarting</title>

      <description>My Internet keeps turning off and on and when it does stay on which is normally a couple of minutes it's incredibly slow and then turns back off I have tried all the "fixes" that are provided by the AI assistant and that I could find from here and nothing helps there are a few seconds when I get the Internet I payed for just for it immediately disappear</description>
