i was put on the signiture contract 12 months ago which includrd phone calls, although i dont have a phone with sky.it was a 12month contract which as now ended,do i have to keep the sky sim in my phone or can i use giff gaff ? my other problem is the internet is very poor it keeps going off and if i want to use an app i have to sign in, which i didnt have to do before i had this package.

@BLUEX are you talking about a Sky Mobile contract which does include all calls but has limits on the data usage in which case by definition you have a Sky sim or your home broadband service which can include a call package on the bundled Sky Talk landline? The latter has no sim as it only works on thee landline phone.
