Hi,

I've just moved into a new house and have purchased Sky fibre broadband. I do not have the ONT box, it looks like the previous owner took the box with them. There is the green fibre optic cable so I should have fibre, and Sky didn't arrange an engineer to visit they have just send the router through the post.

On the BT broadband checker tool, it has the following for my property:

"Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG premises served by 1 Inch duct 100. ONT exists with active service. A spare port may be available or a single port ONT may be swappable to a multiport ONT. A new ONT may be ordered and will be placed in Waiters list until the network is ready."

How do I get Sky to order a new ONT box for me? I have tried calling but can't get through to the relevant department.

Thanks.
