I've been checking my speed on my new broadband and it's showing daily average of 10.6 but should be in the 40's. How to I go about increasing this

@Natalie833 First think to do is run the service checker, then go click on the broadband and have a look at what sky see in the last 30 day's off operation on your line. Link is below.

Thanks I've already run the service checker and it's showing 10.6 for last 29 days when should be in the 40's

@Natalie833 Then you either have a line fault or you need to call sky and have them check for you.
