topic Upgrade to Fibre in Broadband

Hi, next week I am changing from super fast to full fibre internet and have an engineer attending my property. As I work from home, I have a couple of questions: - will I lose any internet connection before/during the switch - where in my property will the engineer need access to (Open reach have already done what they need to outside of the property) Thanks for any help you can give.

@natalie-d-a If all goes as planned your superfast broadband should only drop when you are told to take out the cable that goes from the router to the filter that is in the phone socket so that the router can sync with the Openreach modem that is being installed into your property with this visit.

You will have to talk to the engineer about the possible placement of the ONT to where your router will be placed during the install.
