Slow download speed

Running internet speed test through google gives download speed of ~6mb/s. Tested via Sky.com and website suggests I should be getting my normal ~60mb/s. Any idea why my download speed is so slow?

Depends what device your using and how its connected to the hub. It may just be that your WiFi is being slow rather than the connection itself.

Well thats your problem, Sky's test shows your line speed whereas individual tests you run on the laptop shows the speed reaching the device via WiFi. If your using an extender ontop of that it can seriously harm the speed because extenders sacrifice speed for range.

If you connect your laptop via ethernet to the hub you should see speeds much closer to 60mbps.
