Wifi keeps dropping

My wifi keeps disconnecting. This is on my PC and Tablet. I have to report connect many times. If just the PC i would have expected it to be the wifi receiver but it is on my tablet also. Anyone have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it ? I have the latest white router.

@Dave671967 So you only have the two devices and they are both doing the same and at the same time, does the hub light change at any point?

Yes the PC and tablet. Unsure whether hub light changes.

May call sky and ask them to come and check.
