My WiFi keeps dropping out from multiple devices (smartphone, laptop, security camera, etc) and this is happening many times a day.

Sometimes when the wifi drops, it's not even discoverable but after a while it appears again.

I really need some help to get this resolved ASAP as it's not reliable to be able to WFH properly so appreciate your assistance.

@Leebee2

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks for your reply.
I should have mentioned that I tried the standard checks via the app and also a text message with help information and everything looks good from the diagnostic tools so it'll need further investigation.
