      <description>Hello how come I have no internet majority of time even when it says everything is okay, I don't really see the point in paying the price monthly if I'm not guaranteed the internet connection provided. We have done the steps to reboot the system countless times and we can have no internet for hours at a time. What else can be done to solve the problem.</description>
