&lt;P&gt;The answer to that depends if you already have the broadband boost or Sky Max addons. If you do have one of the subscriptions then a booster is free of charge to order. If you don't already have one of the subscriptions then yes it will cost extra to take out the subscription before you can get a booster.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You plug them in roughly halfway between the hub and where you need the boist. Sky will send one extender if asked but to get the other two an engineer has to visit and check they are needed.&lt;/P&gt;
