Problem joining Warzone Games

I'm looking some help, recently got sky broadband in currently have 310mbps download speed.

Warzone brought back Verdansk and yes I want to play it with my mate but I'm having real issues trying to join a game.

I'm on a pretty beefy PC and wired connection.

Other games seem fine although Youtube struggles to load 1080p video and just buffers all the time, can't get into a game of warzone.

Searches for a game saying <25ms ping then goes bit higher and then puts me into my own lobby and waits for players that never join, try joining my friends lobby and eventually kicks me out saying connection to host lost or something.

I have looked at the router and fiddled about but nothing makes any difference, in Cod it does say NAT Type Moderate so not sure if it needs to be open but I can't get it to change.

Any help would be great.

Moderate NAT type is normal.

Is the wired connection direct to the hub or through something like a booster or powerline adapters?

I know Nat moderate is normal was just trying to change it to see if it fixed the issue.
I did have this issue years ago also and I can't remember what I changed that fixed it.

If you open up a cmd window and just type ping -t google.co.uk does it show a steady ping with no timeouts?

I try and watch a YouTube video in 1080p and just buffers

click stats for nerds and connection speed is 1570Kbps

network activity 20Kbps

buffer health 5s

@CrawfordR Run the same here ping -n 600 google.co.uk and let it do the full 10 minutes, post the four line result when it finishes.

@CrawfordR Would have preferred to see the table cut and pasted in but with the result's as you typed then you have NO major speed or latence issue....

Couple off speed test's below should you need them.

I just don't know what the issue is, everything else seems fine

can play other games online and stream at the same time with no issues, but can't watch a 1080p YouTube video without it buffering every 10 seconds.

Well not sure, just don't see what else it could be

internet is quick, wired connection

WiFi seems fine

but buffers YouTube and doesn't load certain websites properly. Tried to go onto Ryanair.com and just loads

Honestly it seems more like a PC issue in this case with all the troubleshooting. Do you have another device to test YouTube and/or cod on?

Changed Ethernet cable and still giving me the issue.
going to get a lend of another computer and test that.

Not sure what else it could be, like I don't know how to troubleshoot if it is an issue with my computer. How would I know what to replace on my system.

How can I disable ipv6 ??
think that's the issue I'm having as reading online people have had similar issues and disabling ipv6 fixed it for them.
think I tried to log in to the router through web browser but I don't think can disable this as it says download some sky app thing but I dunno where to get this from.

@CrawfordR Web interface to the sky hub SR203 the black one, http:// 192.168.0.1 without the space between, and everything is in the Lan TCP/IP Setup off the Advanced Tab, you will need the user name which is the word admin and your password from the label bacl off the hub.
