    <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the past 3 years I keep report issues with the Internet and wifi dropping out. &amp;nbsp;We get the messages on TV saying you Q mini cannot connect to the Qbox due to network error. &amp;nbsp;As the same time all our remote devices, Laptops, Ipads phoes etc lose connection to the internet/router. &amp;nbsp;However all the lights on the router show green, if you do the network and device check all shows good no issues.&lt;BR /&gt;Sky have replaced the Router and Q boxes 2 to 3 times in the last 3 years. &amp;nbsp; Engineers have visited 5 or 6 time and check restet and remapped devices... &amp;nbsp;All will be fine for &amp;nbsp;a few weeks then the system starts to drop .. initially this may be for a couple of mins and it resests its self, then the outages start getting more frequent and lasting longer, at which point we physicall press the reset on the Router. &amp;nbsp;Normally this resolves things. however yesterday (04/05/25) we lost the system and it is still down today. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have any advice as to why this may be and why Sky are unable to fix it... Do i need to start looking at another supplier.&lt;BR /&gt;We have the fastest sky broadband but is you can not connect to it what the point . &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Seriously frustrated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":angry_face:"&gt;😠&lt;/span&gt; and looking at 3rd parties .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
