    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I check this regularly. Says all ok but when I drill down into connected devices multiple state poor signal and there are dead spots in 3 rooms.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, after nearly 4 months I still cannot get wi fi in every room of my house let alone the garden or garage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an end of terrace new build with bedrooms over 3 floors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ground level: Sky max hub and Sky Q mini box and Sky Max Pod.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Middle floor: Sky Broadband booster and Sky Q box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upstairs: Sky Q mini box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im not getting the service I am paying for but these useless bots won't let me escalate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help, the trouble is the service checker doesn't seem to think that poor connection is a fault. I've tried every combo of the boosters and hub that I can think of so really think I need an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just an update to say that 12 months later, my sky max set up, including official extenders and pods, continues to give poor coverage throughout my house.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The very friendly sky engineer that attended &amp;nbsp;suspected that because we have a modern house, the level of insulation and underfloor heating are interfering with the signal and there is nothing they can do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so please be warned, if you have a modern home with underfloor heating seek an alternative supplier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Looking back you only have the one Sky WiFi Max extender I think over a modern 3 floor house? You can contact them and get an engineer visit where up to 2 additional extenders may be fitted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
