I'm in the Stocksbridge area S36 of Sheffield. There are now loads of people with the same issue on our community forum.

the router is showing no issues at all on the app however I have now had no internet connection for over 24hours. I can't connect any of my devices including my ring door bells and security camera.
my phone shows the WiFi with good signal but won't load and pages, it's just not working. Also can't get anything on my sky box.
