      <title>Poor wifi connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;before I upgraded to the latest broadband package, I always enjoyed great broadband from sky, however since going full fibre, WiFi in the house is rubbish. It used to plug in to the phone plug in the middle floor, in the middle of my house, the new full fibre was installed in the bottom right corner of the house and now there is little signal on the middle and top floor and last month, despite the broadband promise, it dropped below the promised amount for 3 days in a row. My broadband deal is coming to an end and I am looking at changing provider but thought I'd give sky an opportunity to fix the problem before moving&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know the cause, hence why I stated this in the original message. I'm looking for a reliable solution and when they fitted the new FF box, the refused to put it on the second floor and insisted it be put in the nearest point of the house which was the worst place for even wifi distribution&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
