    <description>&lt;P&gt;Broadband running slower than normal and longer buffering on social media etc. Have closed background apps, not running anything that doesn't need to be on and software is all up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Bandwith has always been poor in my area due to infrastructure and old cables but it's as if the speed has been turned down?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have ran the speed tests etc which all say good, but it definitely isn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
