    <description>I was promised by sky costumer service that we will refund your three months bill as you did not get the broadband guaranteed speed. Only one month bill credited. Now when i call sky they say you are eligible for the rest of two months bill refund, however, its not in their hands to credit more than one month. They then transfer me to irrelevant teams who drop the call without helping. Can you please make sure i get the remaining two month refund as according to engineer visit your internet was hardly working because of corroded wires outside. Many thanks</description>
