I have had 2 x engineers attend and a new sky hub and still the Internet keeps failing and the hub consistently flashes orange with only moments where it is steadily green. The app tells me the broadband/wifi is fine which is incorrect. I have had enough now - after 5+ years at sky i thought there would be an easier method to receive support rather than keep going around in circles with no sign of rectification. The last engineer didn't even arrive at my property advising they were aware of BT works being undertaken, instead telling me to call their mobile number if the issue wasn't resolved. When I did, no one picked up the phone either. I am seriously considering moving to a different provide.

The service checker is all green ticks reporting no issues. However, this is not the case. Despite two engineer visits and a new hub, we are still having issues where the Internet consistently goes off and an orange light flashes.
