@Lauren199121 Do you have Sky broadband Max as your broadband package? What colour is your router, blck or white?

Sometimes it works fine in all the rooms, other times it buffers a lot. I have had someone out previously to look at an issue with the connection from outside my house too.

It is near my tv, not covered and in the open
