If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is your&amp;nbsp; broadband speed, are you&amp;nbsp; watching&amp;nbsp; on sky q sky stream or sky glass tv, to find out what speed you are getting&amp;nbsp; to each device&amp;nbsp; open the Netflix&amp;nbsp; app go to get help click&amp;nbsp; on&amp;nbsp; that, and go to check&amp;nbsp; my network&amp;nbsp; connection run that and that will tell the speed that each device&amp;nbsp; that has it on is receiving, you may need a&amp;nbsp; wifi booster,or you may need to upgrade&amp;nbsp; your&amp;nbsp; broadband to a faster&amp;nbsp; speed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
