Sky max hub keeps dropping Internet

Can anyone suggest any method of getting help regarding my new Skymax hub??. The hub randomly keeps disconnecting itself quite a few times per day. I turn the router off and a minute later back on again. I have been with Sky only since beginning of April. Getting seriously fed up with it now
