&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;on my Wi-Fi box the second light is constantly flashing on and off orange and the fourth flight is just sat on orange. This has been going on for over two weeks now and has happened previously over the years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried turning it off and on again and unplugging it and disconnecting all technology to it and reconnecting to it. It simply chooses to work when it wants to and considering I pay 50 odd pound this shouldn't be the case. Can someone please look at it or I will need a new Wi-Fi box because I said previously it's been ongoing for a couple of weeks and has happened in the past before&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
