&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) You or someone else has given them the password&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) They have obtained ot from your hub if it's on display near a window or if they have been in your property&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If non of the above have occured it's impossible for them to just connect, however if you are concerned you can simply change the wifi password as explained by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3138000"&gt;@Highlinder&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
