Occasional loss of connection between midnightvand 5am is probably down to essential overnight maintenance and is quite normal.

However loss of connection at other times indicates an issue. If thst applies as a first step checkthe lights on the Sky hub and the ONT if youare on full fibre as they help, diagnose issues. If they show the line is dropping and the cables in your home arent damaged or loose call Sky to see if they can get Openreach to check your line.

The times for maintenance do not align when the problem occurs. Please send me the number to get my line checked. Thanks
