Switching provider often slows things down if the issue is with Openreach who own the network used to connect customers and your new provider is using the same line..&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
