    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3627145"&gt;@Addie15&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have the same issue - have the full package and new white router - the speed is mostly and all kit working in house. Have sorted the port forward and UpNp and am connected wirelessly right next to the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lag on online xbox series x is very bad but Xbox latency shows 10-13ms which is good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did not have this with the top Virgin package&lt;/P&gt;</description>
