Hi, all the lights are green on the router and it is out in the open. I also just had a couple of minutes where there was no internet connection. When I do a speed test on the speedtest app it is showing 16.2 Mbps download and 30.0 Mbps Upload

Thank you, Jim I do understand that sometimes it is slower on your devices however i used to get a reading of 149 to 150 Download speed on my phone and and around 28.4 on upload speed but now I am only getting 26 download and 28.4 upload speed on my phone. There is only 1 person at home at the moment so not being used that much.

I understand if there is not anything further I can do, but thank you.

WiFi conditions can change all the time, just because one day you can get 150mbps over WiFi doesnt mean that will be consistent. It completely depends on time of day, number of users, local conditions & what phase the moon is in!
