Hello,

I have been struggling to set up my sky broadband hub, I have followed the instructions that came with the hub along with the online instructions and YouTube videos. The only lights that will come on is power and WiFi. Internet and voice will not come on. I have left the hub plugged in and on over night to see if the lights would come on and be able to connect devices to it. However it still wouldn't work. I tried moving the hub to a different location this afternoon at I have 2 phone sockets in my home but it's still not working. Can you please help

Has your activation happened? You would have got a text from Sky. What does it say in your order tracking?

@Ellena The way with new connections are the hub will more than likely only work in a Master Socket, also if you have a new sky router look at the serial number on it, if it is DE at the start it is for a ROI installation, been some mix-ups sending out from Sky. If you say what type of Master socket you have can advise better, just NO way off knowing line is connected. Jamesn123 has covered the date, just incase you are jumping the early start since i got the hub now....
