What exactly do you mean by you want to change the signal to 5ghz? By default Sky hubs come with both 2.4ghz & 5ghz bands synced under one SSID so your device will use 2.4ghz or 5ghz depending on your distance from the hub.

How do I access the the router settings on the Sky Hub Max (white)?

I want to change the signal to 5GHz.

Using "192.168.0.1" redirects to a domain called "https://myrouter.io" which is non-operational.

I have also tried using the Sky app but there is no option in advanced settings to change the signal.

Thanks

I'm a new customer I joined Sky around 3 months ago.

I want to change the channel because I have wifi-Bluetooth interference. I've read bluetooth is operating on 2.4GH and is causing interference with the wifi so want to try changing the wifi channel

So how do I actually access the admin panel containing these settings as per my original post?

Thanks

The domain you gave in your first post is registered to the Comcast Corporation (the parent company of Sky Group) and is associated with the operation of the Max Hub. Once a Max Hub has registered properly with Sky servers it's essentially only administered through the My Sky app and has limited user accessible options.

You could try the http version of the IP address rather than https
