Upload speed should be around 90Mb/s which is the max for the product.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would reboot both the. Xbox and the hub to eliminate any issues there but otherwise. &amp;nbsp;I cannot explain the apparent packet loss you are experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2795380"&gt;@jamesn123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Any chance you are able to connect a PC via ethernet &amp;amp; run a latency test that way? The latency test on the Xbox doesnt tell the full story because it doesnt do a sustained test.&lt;/P&gt;
