***Edit*** I have now found out that it is the 'CSP' that I am talking about not the ONT, everything else still stands. Looking for an engineer to replace the temporary external connection from the CSP to the telegraph pole.

ONT Cabling Replacement

Hello,

Me and my wife have recently had work done to our home which included replacing the external insulation on our home, therefore the ONT device that we had connected to the property became disconnected. We therefore had an engineer from Sky use a temporary reconnection to ensure that we had internet during this time, this was done by using an excessive amount of wiring to ensure that this would not become disconnected again. The works to our home are now finished so I am looking for an engineer to come back out to the property to reconnect the ONT using the minimal amount of cabling/wiring rather than the excessive amount of cabling/wiring that now remains which is not needed.

I have attempted to contact Sky on multiple occasions to get an engineer to amend this but I have received no luck. Any help on this?

I have just contacted Sky and I have been told that they cannot book an appointment for this type of job and therefore I need to contact OpenReach. I have already tried this and they informed me that I need to Sky, so I am now in a situation where neither OpenReach or Sky are able to help me.
