&lt;P&gt;If the lights are all lit on your hub then try turning it off at the mains then back on again 5 minutes later, leave it for 2-3 minutes then see if your devices are working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Good Evening. I am contacting Sky in relation to having no internet and as a result my TV services are not working nor are any of my internet devices in the household. I have followed steps online which say my wifi is working, my connection to the broadband router is good but I have no internet connection. This has happened on every device in my home.</description>
