Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Wifi keeps cutting off. Stopped working 5 times in last 4 days. When I try reconnect it says password not valid! Have to turn everything off then it seems to work ok and devices connect? Shouldn't have to do this and wifi needs to be more stable. Can't do with my son screaming at me when he's in middle of a game on Xbox. I'm not been with sky for a month and had loads of issues!!
